"This review is based solely on my most recent visit at the end of March 2024... This BoxLunch at Meadows Mall is located closest to my home and I have visited since they opened this location. Yes, I know all the staff quit at one point and have had people cover from other stores. The former staff were absolutely awesome, friendly, and so helpful; they will be missed. Management: please treat your staff better. But today I needed to pick up ordered items, and although there was a mishap where my bag for pickup was returned to inventory early on my last day to get it, Kevin was soooo nice and helpful and got it fixed for me. He even helped in making sure my bags that were flawed were exchanged for ones that looked the best. Chris helped in that aspect as well. These guys are great to have there. Cassie (hope I spelled your name right) who I think is a manager from another store is super friendly and helpful the last time I visited and would be happy to have her there full time. All in all, I will be visiting again not just because this BoxLunch is close, but because the people working here have always been wonderful to me. I just hope the employees are treated well :)"

"The best box lunch location. Cassie and Lorenzo are amazing and have excellent customer service skills. The sunset mall location could learn A thing or two from them. If it wasn’t for this store I’d likely never step foot in another box lunch, but they saved the day. Thank you again for being fantastic."

"I used to be a regular here but I noticed they changed management and my god has it just gone down hill. The manager was cursing at his employees and even yelled at a guest. This is crazy I used to love coming here and talking to everyone but now I’m not to sure. I also over heard some employees talking and that all the senior workers are getting their hours cut while the new comers are getting 40 hours. Like what!! That not how it goes. Just over all I’m very disappointed I hope they get their stuff together no one deserves to be treated like that"

"I used to enjoy going here every time my family took a trip to meadows mall, BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! I went there earlier and it was absolutely not the same place as before, the manager was the biggest jerk to his employees, i overheard him cussing out another employee! A manager should never yell at his employees like that it was absolutely unacceptable, the atmosphere is completely different now and its just a shell of what it once was, i will NOT be coming back and i will be telling my friends and family to STAY AWAY"

"In my recent experiences at Box Lunch, I've noticed a shift in the atmosphere since the staff changes. It no longer exudes the warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like home. The new dynamics have left the place feeling less inviting and comfortable. Box Lunch was a fun and enjoyable place to visit. The old staff excelled at making genuine connections with customers, creating a personalized experience. Conversations were not just transactions; they were moments that made the store feel like a community. Unfortunately, with the recent staff changes, this unique and personal touch seems to have faded away."
