"WOW!!!! From beginning to end, Certified Nannies of America in Las Vegas was fabulous!! This was our first time EVER hiring a nanny service to care for our kids (Ages 8 and 2.3 yrs) and we have zero regrets. The nanny, Breanna K., was EXCELLENT! She is very sweet, punctual, and attentive. The next day, our son kept asking, "What time is the babysitter coming back?" or "Is it 6:30 yet?" Both kids loved her. The owner of the agency is very professional and accommodating. We arrived later than expected and she was able to push back our start time, no questions asked. "I received such terrible service from Janessa Zapori and her staff that I have been forced to report her business to the BBB as well as hire legal consult to recover the funds she retained for her services. Her nanny was on the phone upon arrival and told whoever she was speaking to that “the parents arrived and she had to deal with us” and would call the person back when we left. She never once contacted us to let us know how our children were doing either. When we returned home, she took another call - waking up my three year old son - about her next job. Then told me that I was making her late to her next job! She wished me “good luck” putting my son back to bed and left in a hurry without any report on how my children did. While trying to put my son back down, I realized my children were left with completely full diapers - covered in feces because they were not changed. I contacted the business owner Janessa to ask for some type of refund or discount which she refused. After a second call letting her know that she would be reported to the BBB and that I was hiring legal consult - she offered me a $29 refund. Pretty pathetic for what she put my children through. She did not have any empathy, care or consideration for how my children were treated. Therefore, I am going to see to it that her business is properly reviewed and inspected my local authorities. Please hire a professional and compassionate company!! There is a reason her rates are so much lower than anyone else in town."

"Meghan was awesome! She arrived on time at our hotel (Luxor) and quickly connected with all three of our girls (6yrs, 3yrs and 9mo). She brought fun activities for the kids to do so they didn't have to just watch TV the entire time. I highly recommend Certified Nannies of America especially for parents looking to get away and have some adult time for a few hours."

"I recently used this service to find our wonderful nanny. Certified Nannies has an intensive vetting and training program that all of its nannies need to go through before they become eligible for hire through the service. We needed an infant specialist to work with my 3.5-month-old who was refusing the bottle and having trouble taking naps during the day. Jeanessa went above and beyond finding us an amazing nanny who basically is the true baby whisperer. She had our baby taking the bottle and napping with minimal crying! It was a huge concern for me because I'm going back to work and I didn't want to worry about my baby going hungry or not sleeping while I was away. It's a relief to know that we have a skilled professional with a warm heart watching our baby girl. Also, the service is incredibly professional - when I went to the office to interview nannies, I was provided with a folder with the nanny's resume, letters of recommendation, and suggested interview questions. Jeanessa also put together the contract for us and the nanny. The great thing is we can also use the service for backup childcare in case our nanny gets sick or needs a day off. We are really happy with this service and I highly recommend it!"
