"Huge selection of pet food. I found food here I couldn't find anywhere else except Amazon. The Loyalty program and the 12 bags get 1 bag free for the dog kibble I get is a great plus as well! There is also a large selection of fish, some turtles, and a few lizards. This place has amazing and caring staff with great customer service. All in all. I recommend this pet shop over any other pet shops I've been to in Oahu!"
"I appreciate the efforts in the aquatics department with livestock availability, fish from local breeders and employees with solid expertise. It’s clear there is passion behind this department. Store is very cluttered and not well organized, it could really benefit from getting someone with solid merchandising experience on staff and having them re-work each department. It’s not easy to be a customer in its current state. I would like to see more effort to care for and maintain healthy livestock in-store, some bird cages and many fish tanks look kinda rough."
