"Dr. Walker was incredible. I cannot speak highly enough about him for all the excellent and extensive work he did for my kiddo. The nurses were great too. But this man deserves extra recognition and praise. Thank you from myself, my daughter, and my family."
"I am very pleased with the care my child received. The staff were courteous and professional. All of our needs were met. This was one of the quickest visits to the E.R. that I've experienced. We were taken back immediately and discharged within the hour. I would definitely choose to return if need should arise. Thank you to all the friendly staff who go above and beyond!"
"Doctor and staff was caring, helped my 2 year old with something stuck up her nose. I was grateful for the kindness showed to us and treated my daughter quickly, confidently and with expertise. Thank you. Note: went to Centennial Hills ER first and I recommend never taking a child to Centennial Hills ER. Never again. University Medical was so much better for my child."
"Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Kept me over night with my son for something we already knew about. Nurses up stairs tried to draw blood from my son who is barley 2 months old veins and left the Tourniquet on way too long. My poor son got poked 4 times. I told them from the start to take blood from his foot and they refused. Finally the next day they decided to do that. If I can give no stars I would."
"Worst experience ever patients before me waiting on 5hrs+ and I waited 3hrs + so far. I asked to speak to the charge nurse and she never came the front lady thats checks in people has an attitude problem my son was on high fever and just seems that no staff here cared. We the people come to hospitals because we trust that we are in good hands in there care. Though this hospital seems like they dont respect the people! Children here sick getting worse as time passes by. I'm never bringing my children here ever again. I only came here because Sunrise Hospital no longer accepts my insurance. It's disappointing that when we ask for their names they dont want to provide and hide their tags!"
