"Do NOT come here. You are better off making your own sundae from the store. I asked for nuts on my sundae and they barely put any so I had to buy even more nuts. 2 bucks for extra nuts and this is what I got. Are you kidding me?"
"Do not come to this location. The staff was friendly. However, they made my wife’s chocolate milkshake without whipped cream when she asked about the whip cream that comes with the milkshake per the picture and every other Dairy Queen on earth the girl told us that her manager makes her charge $.89 for a dollop of whip cream on a seven dollar shake. This should already be included Prices are high for everyone but to charge $.89 for a dollop of whip cream is insane. It’s not worth it. Go somewhere else."
"Husband wanted a blizzard so we went here to get it. Small location, not many spots to sit. The staff was nice blizzard and smoothie came out good."
"This location is small and located literally in the back corner of the shopping plaza next to Durango Taco. The cashier didn't know the difference between walnuts and peanuts. It's evident some training needs to be done when your staff has no idea what wet nuts, walnuts, or peanuts are or the difference in them. Cashier brought out peanuts for my sundae. The sundae was soft serve with some Hershey's syrup. It was alright but you can spend less for this same sundae at McDonald's across the street. Dairy Queen used to use hard ice cream for sundaes and banana splits. Oh well...times have changed or maybe this is just a west coast thing."
"A good place for a quick cool treat. But every time I get the orange Julius it's either too watery or too much ice. The ice cream and blizzards are good. They have added baked/hot foods the menu (the sign they have is cramping up the little space that is available). They also took out the retro table arcade game that was fun to play. I read a lot of the comments on here and there is a consistency in quality of menu items and cleanliness of the place. When I was there Sunday the carpet was worn and rolled up on the edges (bad enough to trip) and the walls were terribly worn. I got a call from the owner Monday saying she would remedy the situation. Hopefully she does and I will update my review."
