"BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible experience! We have an emergency situation and need to cancel our trip to Hawaii, due to a mandatory US citizenship interview for my husband that is scheduled during our trip and we were just notified about this last week. Not only will they not allow us a refund or future credit but after trying for the past week to hear back from the "director", we have heard nothing regarding the $6100 they have of ours. I called three times, emailed and even sent a copy of our immigration letter. I have never experienced such cold and inhumane customer service. This is my first negative review ever and I am so upset with how this is being handled. They are crooks!! To not even give us a credit when we have absolutely no choice whether we can go or not. This is not a typical cancellation circumstance but a mandatory government issued situation that is unable to be rescheduled. Of course we wanted to go on our family vacation, especially after this past year. It is insane to me that in covid times, they have a 60 day cancellation policy and could care less if you have an emergency like we have that is beyond our control and affects the future of my family! I booked this through VRBO, was not offered travel insurance that they told me I should of bought and just kept repeating the same robotic "we have a 60 day cancellation policy" over and over again "thanks for your feedback, I will send this to my director". Normally, anyone with a conscious and any decency and good business practice would 1. Follow up. They said they would get back to us and DID NOT. 2. Would keep the security deposit in a situation like this and not $6000!!"
