"Great view location but with little on site amenities, hot tub was out of order the entire two weeks of our stay. Our unit’s deck was falling apart with trip hazard. One ice machine clear at one end of property, same with trash bins and BBQ’s. I give it a 3 star only because I loved the views. Otherwise it would have been a two☹️"

"If you want to be near Princeville this is a great resort/timeshare. We were on a Discovery with Wyndham and enjoyed the property. It was a very quiet property, right on the ocean cliffside. No AC in rooms but with some ceiling fans on and open windows you won’t neee AC after you acclimate for a day or so. We are from Georgia and know how to deal with heat and humidity and we adapted quick. Beautiful property. Beautiful ocean views. Nobody ever at the small pool. Easy to get into and out of. Staff always friendly. Had issue with an electrical outlet not working - we went out for dinner, came back and maintenance had replaced the outlet. I would recommend you visit this resort location before committing to it. Internet speeds were 30-40d/10-20u. Cell service for one carrier in our party didn’t work in room but as soon as you step outside it worked fine - just enabled WiFi calling to fix that issue. For us it isn’t a great fit, but it may be perfect for you!"

"Beautiful views, breezes, location. Units are showing their age and need updating again. Don't expect a mid-week clean as in the past. For Princeville location, no major complaints and would recommend."
