"We took our children (ages 5 & 7) for Spring Break, and our experience could not have been any better! The property is stunning, the staff is incredible, and the property is perfectly situated on the island. From the stunning views to the incredible amenities, we really couldn't have asked for more. The resort was perfect for our family of 4, and the concierge team was instrumental in ensuring that we had the most memorable trip. They helped us plan activities, meals, and daily adventures with the kids. Our room was immaculate at all times, and room service was always so easy when we needed food last-minute. I really can't say enough great things about this hotel and the team at 1 Hotel. I highly recommend it!"

"1 Hotel is certainly on the list of the most beautiful hotels in the world. Aesthetically there are so many small details that make it special and luxurious. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a beaded lei, guava juice and coconut rum, and fresh oranges. The service here feels like Hawaii - it's not a fast-paced city-style turnaround - but the food and drinks are good and the servers are friendly. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and you wouldn't want to leave if the the grounds weren't so beautiful and inviting. Every space - even hallways - feel comfortable and pleasant. There are many daily activities and we loved(!) the coffee-tasting with Tom. We can't wait to come back!"

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed here for a week and didn’t want to leave. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The service was nice for breakfast as well as for dinner. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The housekeeping was great. The spa and massage were great however both manicure and pedicure were disappointing. The location couldn’t t be better and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. We made beautiful memories here and would definitely recommend to stay here."
