"Shouting "THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE" at customers from across the room is not good customer service, no matter what your training manual might claim. Also, overheard a banker loudly exclaim a customers account balance and verbalize his account number in front of multiple waiting customers. When he explained his account had been opened several decades ago by a parent when he was a child, instead of thanking him for staying with the bank for so long, she scolded him for having his parents name attached to the account because "he's an adult now, not a child". If I had been in that position, I would have cleared my account and never come back."

"Not the friendliest tellers. They won’t assist in counting deposits for you, nor will they assist you with deposit slips. They ask for bills to all be facing the same direction and ask to be called in advanced for coins. Based on what I experienced they’re quite inconvenienced when asked to do their job — pretty unfortunate considering this is the only branch on this part of the lake! I do not recommend this branch."
