"Amazing daycare! Our daughter is going there every time we are in Incline Village and she loves it! Harmony and her sons take great care of the kids and they do many outdoors fun activities, in summer and winter. Harmony is amazing with both infants (she took care of our chiId when she was a few weeks old) and toddlers. Kids are very lucky to grow up in an amazing place like Tahoe!"
"Our daughter loved her experience with Daisy Day Care - they were very flexible (we used the drop-in option since we were staying a few weeks in Tahoe) - she came home every day very happy. Unique experience for her. Hoping to come back in a few months!"
"Harmony Shreve of Daisy Day Care literally stole our cash deposit. In writing, she communicated that our $2,900 deposit would be used toward our last month of full-time care. When we found out we were having a second child, we provided many months of notice (30 days required) and asked to apply our deposit to at least one month care. She at first tried to claim we couldn't get our deposit back but then agreed to provide a month of care. After that, Harmony tried to change the terms of what she would providing to just be part-time care instead of full-time care. Part-time care does not help us. We signed onto and agreed to full-time care and asked for our deposit back. Ultimately after a bunch of back and forth, Harmony agreed. We have multiple commitments in writing that she would return the deposit by the end of this year, since we agreed to part ways amicably and did not receive the care that was agreed to up front. Now, she is claiming that because she did not get grant money, she is no longer upholding her commitment to return the deposit. Grant money is irrelevant. We paid in CASH, did not receive services (bait and switch), and now she thinks she has the right to keep the money. If she were going to keep the deposit, we would have demanded childcare. But she lied to us and said she would return it. We are now pursuing legal action and will also go to any state licensing boards to present the facts and get our stolen funds back. Happy to share any information and communications we have in writing related to this matter. I would steer clear of this unethical provider."
