"My son attended this "wellness " center when he was 3 years old. He was undiagnosed at the time but has ADHD. The owner Carol advised me to take him to a hospital to be admitted. I actually went and the staff told me the advice I received was absurd and alarming coming from someone with her "experience and credentials ". The real problem was she didn't have enough staff to deal with the number of kids She had. Especially toddlers. She never had staff on the weekends as promised. There was even a point where here staff was not being paid. She charged me for 2 kids reclining chairs she claim my son broke. One of her staff gave me those chairs to take home since I had to pay for them. The chairs were in mint condition. Her attitude is distasteful and her credibility is questionable. She almost had me thinking my toddler was mentally ill when in fact he was just being a toddler. He is now in the 3rd grade with NO ISSUES. I pulled my son out after she said he destroyed her office. I believe she hit my child because he was so distraught upon picking him up. I never brought him back after that day. PARENTS BEWARE!! Do not send your kids here. It's over priced for what you truly get. The photographer saying the check bounced sounds about right if it was written my Carol. She's a very manipulative scam artist. Whenever she used to go on vacation she would pretend there was an error with staffing and ask you to find an alternative daycare solution. She got nasty with me because she had no one to fill a day she was gone. She had her aunt come in and I ended up being late for work. I could go on and on. Your children deserve better care."

"The managers here love children very much. You can set the pick-up time as you like. Although sometimes the pick-up driver will send the wrong time. But their work is very respectable. I like here. My child prefers it here."

"If I could put 0 stars I would. I have worked in many facilities and centers with behavioral and mentally challenged kids. During a tour of the Impact Wellness Center I notice a lot of safety concerns. Exposed wiring/outlets, cleaning supplies left in the open and easily obtainable sharp items. I found thumbtacks on the floors and watched children pull thumbtacks from the wall that held up artwork and posters. A room that was marked “Restriction Area” was not properly locked. There was a 7-7.5ft heavy duty ladder which the children attempted to climb. A supply room with hazardous items does not have any lock on it. The staff are doing multiple job roles all while trying to upkeep the safety of the children. The check-in entrance is left unattended. So kids were easily accessible to the main entrance & exit of the center. It is highly unsafe and disorganized. I truly feel that the staff aren’t given the proper training and tools to successfully fulfill their job duties. I also feel it is a very unsafe environment for both children and staff. Not only safety issue was a concern but upper management holds no accountability and tend to blame the staff. This center lacks cleanliness and structure. Out of my years of working as a Childcare Worker, Youth Care Counselor and Mental Health Tech for adolescents and Peds I have never seen a center/facility with multiple safety hazards and concern. It’s truly saddens me."

"I have been at impact in Grand Island Nebraska for one year....in that time I have lost 76 pounds ..the staff is superb...friendly...so helpful...this program had made me a success...I have been struggling my whole.life..this program has cut my cravings for carbs..processed food..all that is not healthy..I have worked extremely hard and I am not going back Tomy old eating habits ..the staff is just fantastic...thank you thank you..so very much..."
