"Service was prompt, but the male optician who assisted me misinterpreted my reservation in having my glasses' frame replaced, thinking that I wasn't paying attention to the choices he offered. I felt like I was forced to ask if there were any costs associated with the frame change despite the entire pair of glasses being covered under a warranty. Workers need to seriously improve efforts in understanding (and listening to) customers' concerns."
