"Like pretty much every review here, this office is maybe the most poorly run office I’ve ever run into. Can’t even give a review of the doctor (though, according to these reviews it’s grim). Didn’t get in for an appointment despite my gp sending in a referral, twice. I think her name is Monique was absolutely horrible to me over the phone quite literally saying “idk what you want me to do I don’t have a referral in front of me”. Didn’t even try to work with me despite calling it in twice. My condition has now accelerated so I’ll have to get in with a different doctor on an expedited timeline."
"Don't waste your money! 3 trips of traveling 345 miles one way forking up over $5,000 in cash and in the end they cancel the surgery 4 days before because the doctors and staff did not communicate with each other. Half of the family had scheduled the time off work to be there, which some could not get those hours back and lost out on wages, wasted traveling time and vacation time they used all because the doctor was too busy to pick the phone up and double check and then has the nerve to say it was not last minute and we should have called....Hello! Several phone calls and voicemails over 3 weeks wasn't enough??? During one of the visits when I had to stop the doctor from talking to explain in terms that we could understand, he stopped, sighed, gave me a dirty look and then talked to me like I was an idiot. Forgive me for not understanding terms I did not go to school for! Isn't that what he is there for? Not a people person at all. UPDATE: Took family member to another doctor and found out she was misdiagnosed. Thank goodness the surgery ended up getting canceled because he did not know what he was even getting into. Something happen for a reason."
"Met with Dr. Lough originally and he was short with me, abrasive and I felt VERY rushed. He made me feel like I was an idiot for asking questions. I said to myself he absolutely would not be doing my son’s surgery. After a while, I returned but made it a point to see a different doctor. I met with Dr. Hauser and she was a complete 180 from Dr. Lough’s bedside manner. Dr. Hauser ended up doing my sons surgery and I was very happy with her the whole way through. 10/10 for Dr. Hauser……1/10."
"the doctor i saw was very short and abrasive. i brought my allergy panel test results and he wasn’t interested in seeing them. i explained my recurring sinus infections, severe ear/jaw pain, and the reasons my (several) other doctors referred me to this office and was met with doubt and second-guessing. i shared about these problems being very painful and effecting my quality of life and ability to work. i shared about the lethargy, throbbing, problems sleeping etc and he responded with “well any sinus problems? like with your actual sinuses instead of everything else?” - i just looked at him and asked what he meant by that. he said he didn’t do anything with jaw work and looked in my ears to tell me nothing was wrong. a little disheartening considering i’ve been experiencing these problems for years now and the appointment (first consultation & hearing test) was $375 - expected to be paid immediately. not sure what kind of person has $400 laying around to give to someone that won’t even hear them out. also, when sharing i didn’t have the full payment right this second i was asked three times “when are you going to pay it? i need to let them know a date,” instead of discussing a payment plan or billing or anything. i didn’t make a follow-up appointment. just be aware of these, especially if you’re a new patient."
"My primary doctor sent over an emergency referral and I never got a phone call back. I called them and talked to a Monique or a Monica and she was short and a little rude on the phone. Surprised as she is the one handling the phones. She told me all doctors were in clinical and would get back to me. She never did and I’m glad they didn’t as they have poor reviews. I looked up ENTs in Reno/Sparks and found Silver State ENT - Dr. Anthony Zamboni, they were able to get me in and I got scheduled to have my tonsils removed. Highly recommend calling them AND they have a 5 star reviews!"
