"Can't get anyone on the phone to talk to - been waiting over 45 min each time I called (3 x ) and had to hang up since there is NO ONE to talk to. Embarrassing and scary that this is a real business that handles health and medical."

"it has been extremely difficult connecting with anyone at this company. i have been on hold for over an hour and still no one picking up the phone! i requested information back in January and still have not received anything! the hours of operation do not support members at all! a majority of people work 8-5 pm. you should really consider being open on weekends. customer service is terrible!!!"

"Lack of great customer service! I always feel Like I bother them - not welcomed there.... Staff unknowledgeable, have to ask supervisor answer on basic questions.... Not helpful at all. And calling center will put you in line and call you back in like 75 minutes when is your turn and then you need to wait another 1 to 2h before someone answer, listening to one song over and over :)"

"I have called twice before requesting an EOB which would break down cost of Pharmaceutical Drug and Patient responsibility cost for that Pharmaceutical Drug. I have emphasized I have a deadline to submit this information so that I can receive a reimbursement for those out of pocket charges. Today, I gladly saw that I had mail from HMSA Blue Card and was anticipating getting this issue resolved and I was yet, again, left wanting! This is so disappointing after making calls two days in a row and holding on the line the first day for over an hour; I finally just hung up the phone and on the following day; I held for nearly 50 minutes before getting someone who clearly restated back to me the objective goal to get accomplished, and still failed to execute. I received a customer relations call the following day after I had spoke with her and was asked my overall satisfaction with how my request was handled and I am so glad that I responded that I couldn't answer that question until I received the end result of my request. I have 6 days for this HMSA Blue Card support team to get it right or I will be forced to forfeit a lot of money which I need right now."
