"I’m honestly so disgusted right now that words cannot describe. The first time I went to the office the staff were lovely. I came back this morning for an appointment and the girl at the front desk displayed absolutely abhorrent behavior and was visibly sick and complaining. She coughed without covering her mouth, spit into her hand and continued bending over crouching in front of the waiting area. This is a professional doctors office and it is unacceptable. I was so panicked I said I was leaving. I’m sure the girls at the front desk will just say it’s my fault for leaving when asked because they had ZERO concern for patients and that is clear. There is no way I’ll be coming back here after that even if I sacrifice my follow up appointment to do it. I’m so upset right now I cannot even describe how unprofessional that was. UPDATE the “supervisor” of the front desk staff called me to tell me I was lying and didn’t believe what I said. I told her that validated why I wouldn’t trust this place with my health, which is really a bummer. When you work at a medical office, there should be a genuine concern for people who have health issues. It’s too bad, because the doctor is great but my health is more important."
