The audiologist, Dr. Joseph Raymundo, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He talked my mother through her options and made her feel comfortable and well informed. Dr. Raymundo was extremely genuine and strives to provide care that is unparalleled. His gentle kindness was matched by the front desk. We absolutely looking forward to working with them in the future."

"First Time & Last Time!! Signed in on clip board..waited 45 minutes! There was three people behind the desk. I went to the window twice and was ignored!! Two other people, one ahead me & one that just came in were called up. I thought maybe they missed something. Nope! Receptionist (or whoever) said the gal that was going to assist me got tied up. They never said hello or we will be right with you or start me on paperwork!!! After waiting 45 minutes I told the front desk lady I needed to reschedule she asked me what my name was and explain what was happening.. I told her I would call later and make an appointment and and explain to her it would have been nice if they would have said hello or had me start on paperwork!!! I will never recommend this place or go back!!"
