"Very rude & disrespectful. Would not trust Centerwell with my life if my life depended on it. I could have revisited the emergency if I wanted to rather than depending on this place. There was no phone call, no text, and nobody at my door at all. The only reason why I have this insurance is I had a dental emergency. This new insurance has been nothing but a problem for me. They give a referral for an ophthalmologist but not for a pulmonologist. And they don't get the medical records for the new pulmonologist if the same doctor doesn't accept it. I already had my eyes checked in September and have cataracts forming and macular degenerative disease. I guess this place thinks that me being sick is all in my head and I'm imagining it. They prescribed me an inhaler trying to pinpoint it to smoking or being around second hand smoke because of a diagnosis of COPD. I'm going to get the other medicine I was prescribed. I could have gone to the ER yesterday rather than this place wasting my time. And I would like a referral for a regular endocrinologist as well. Got medicine that has been helping. Don't got time to waste for an appointment which I was suppose to have and the office staff tries to make it sound like you are delusional saying that the Uber driver did reach out and was at my house when my dad was here too and there was nothing and the office said there was even pictures of the driver here. My dog would have started barking too. Got no notification whatsoever about my ride for the doctor appointment. I could do a whole lot better job than most these office staff you guys hire nowadays."
