"They rescheduled me to come in 1 hour earlier because they over scheduled. LONG story short, they forgot to put me on the schedule. Changed surgeons; and had to “fit me in”.Almost 2 hours later was informed the had to change all my paper work. And they brought me someone else’s pepper wok to sign off on. I was there for an endoscopy.The nurse brought me paper work for a colonoscopy, with someone else name on it.Terrifying."

"Went in today for a endoscopy and colonoscopy. Literally from start to finish everyone and I do mean everyone was so friendly and explained everything in detail. It went by quickly! Arrival time 6:30 left by 8:30. The amount of care I received was amazing!"

"In a word: OUTSTANDING. The entire staff was absolutely great. The hero of the day was the IV Tech or nurse. I was nervous about that being painful, she was such a pro at her job that it was almost zero pain! Wow! Just thanks to all for making a stressful experience, really great. I will say yes, it can be tricky with the phone system to get connected to a live person, but eventually someone did return my calls which was good. Thank you to the entire staff!"
