"My 93 year old father moved to Vegas with his son after losing his wife. He is deaf, depressed , in a new environment and went to see a doctor. The supervisor kicked him out. I called to speak to the supervisor and, even though I offered to put him on the phone to give permission to speak to me, they would not discuss why he was kicked out. We asked the pharmacy to help, they called and they would not speak to them either. I don't think they are very caring , as the name suggests, if they treat an elderly person like this."

"Please believe the reviews. We don't mind waiting over 2 hours to see a doctor. Waiting over a week for a refill on a high blood pressure medicine on the other hand is absurd. My mother just sufferd a stroke and needs her medication. I've left several voice messages, the pharmacy has also tried to contact Dr. Erik Cartay Aguilar and has had no response."

"This has Nothing to do with patients I was never a patient there I was a extern I got treated unfairly and discriminated against By a lady name rosemary that runs the office which is the doctor’s wife who is uncertified And is a lawyer they are running a shady business the Phlebotomist there that draws blood is not certified in no type of way does not have a certification on file and does not have a medical assistant certificate their credentials are not of date they are and rude very discriminating against BLACK PEOPLE I don’t advise anyone to go to this place for anything they are very rude and rough with elderly patients they do not speak English at all hardly and the medical assistant does not know proper EKG placements"

"Worst Experience I've ever had, wait times are insane and all the care about is tests and sending you off to specialists. I walked out my last visit and rescheduled after waiting for almost 3 hours. The reception staff is rude on the phone and most unwilling to help. Some of the meds I take they won't prescribe and everytime I'm there I never see a Dr. It's always a P.A. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. I would never recommend this business to anyone."

"Every time I went I had to wait at least 45 mins before being seen. They did some general tests and told me I had a slow heart rate. Long story short I ended up wearing a monitor for a month, saw a heart specialist afterwards and he said I was fine.. a year later I went back and they saw in my records I had a slow heart rate and wanted to do the same tests on me from a year prior!! I said no and the "doctor" in the room still tried to push me towards getting it checked out. Clearly they made some type of profit off making patients go through unnecessary testing. Save your time and go elsewhere."
