"I call early December to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The soonest I’m told is February. I say I really need something sooner but no there isn’t. Appointment is scheduled and I request to be on the cancellation list which I was told no problem. Fast forward to a day or 2 ago and I get a call saying please call our office to schedule an and thank you for filling out the new patient paperwork. I call and say no I scheduled already months ago. Well nope they can’t find it and ask me to go on the website to schedule one. Well I say no I need to schedule it now let me speak with someone that can do that. I’m put on hold and eventually hung up on. So I go on line and it says there are available appointments so I schedule a couple of different days but they are all declined I feel like they don’t want a patient with county funded insurance. Do better!! You all should be ashamed the way you treat your patients."

"I picked Dr.Achin for her good reviews regarding insightfulness regarding lab work… Firstly, the nurse/MA took my BP twice on my forearm and got 2 different reads. I had to ask the Dr. To use a proper sized cuff on my upper arm when she came in, for a 3rd different read. She was dismissive about that making me uncomfortable… My BP was important for this appointment… We talked about medication caused weight gain and Dr.Achin recommended I “get to a Zumba class…” which was dismissive, condescending and offensive. I called over 2 weeks after my appointment asking for my lab results because there was zero follow up. They had the results already, just no call. The Dr. explained my thyroid was low but that she didn’t order the $100 thyroid panel correctly so couldn’t give me a comprehensive diagnosis. So I was sent back to pay for labs a second time for quote “her mistake”. I just got a bill for a co pay on a $250+ appointment because they couldn’t figure out how to bill my copay in office - which has never happened before with any other provider - and $110 that says “telephone”… I’m shocked at the incompetence of this office and dismissive lack of medical care from this doctor. My appointment was late, then it was rushed and I didn’t feel any genuine care from this doctor as I was spoken over and not listened to during my appointment. Over all very disappointing experience."

"This is not your typical Dr. Office, They have passion from the front desk to the Dr. They check everything and dig deep into your lab work. Within just a few min. the Dr. caught disturbing trend in my chemistry and explained in detail, that I could understand. Even the intake Nurse took the time to explain things in detail. The Dr. will call you at home to check on you after if there is a concern. You just don't get that treatment anymore. If your looking for complete Dr. office that makes you feel like family and not just another patient, this is it."
