"The doctors are fantastic, however, billing office is the worst I have ever dealt with!! I called them to explain I had over 10 doctor bills n hospital and the difficulty in paying it off completely . They never explained to me that they would send the bill to collection agency in two months if not paid... and that they would charge me another $200.00 to send it to collection agency.!!!! If this was explained to me, I definitely would of paid them first instead of sending payments first to hospital n other doctors ! Nobody in billing office would listen, just cut me short and extremely rude! With no empathy !!"
