"I am astounded that this company stays in business: never answer the phone, never return voicemail messages, and they send demand letters for payments on invoices you've already paid!! I'm over trying to work with these incompetents and plan on canceling our policies with them. Save yourself the inconvenience and frustration by NOT buying insurance from this company. If your insurance agent recommends them, do not follow their lead. You will spend all your time (in vain) trying to get anywhere with their ineptness."

"Definitely avoid Crum & Forster. When you wanna pay, they pick up the phone. Other than payment, their customer service either hung up on you or into voicemail. If I want to leave a message, why do I even bother to call?"
"Terrible customer service. No communication what so ever if their client has a claim made against them. Have waited over two months for a minor repair to our vehicle which was incurred at one of their clients properties while being left for annual state inspection. Very slow to respond initially and never any updates. Numerous messages and e-mails left for Sharon with no respones. I would not recommend and hope never to have involvement with this firm again. NO Aloha, for sure!"
