"She's rude and she documented the wrong codes in my first time visit notes to establish care with her, as a result, the billing department billed my insurance company for more monies and I was also billed excessively due to her false documentation. Dr. Miller yelled at me, spoke down to me, she displayed no class whatsoever during my entire visit which included a lack of bedside manners, compassion and/or empathy. Although, I'm healthy individual, I felt as if she was more concerned with.... profit over people type of arrogant attitude.I'm so happy I got rid of her. Currently, I'm seeing another physician who actually knows what he's talking about, unlike Dr. Miller. I don't recommend her. Update April 06, 2021: I'm still fighting with Dignity billing department since October 2020 in regards to Dr. Miller's fraudulent documentation, my claim was send to collections due to billing department dropping the ball and not referring my case to supervisor as promised. After speaking to four different employees, finally I was removed from collections, my claim was sent back to coding for resubmit and correction of Dr. Miller's false documentation, my total experience has been very stressful and a total run around."
