"Absolutely the worst experience of my life with a “provider” I went in for a wellness visit and because the coding that was submitted they are charging me for some routine preventive care testing. My insurance company said that indeed these services do fall under preventive care but that I have to talk to the Dr. that ordered them and it has been a nightmare trying to get anyone from southwest medical call me back. All I get is I’ll send a message and they’ll get back to you in 24hrs and nobody ever does. Be aware can’t wait for open enrollment I am out of here!"

"Went in last night for a severe sinus infection. PA prescribed an antibiotic. Clinic said they would electronically send it to my pharmacy so I could pick it up later that night. They never sent it. Had to miss work the following day because my symptoms became more severe over night. Had to go to a different clinic to get the same prescription. Will never return here. I am also a healthcare worker and am appalled at their carelessness."

"I went today for an UTI infection and doctor Jill was absolutely amazing. She has listened carefully to all my concerns and not only did she prescribed the medication that I need it for my pain ; but , she also ordered additional tests to make sure I do not have any other underlining issues. I am very happy with the care , attention and the customer service I received."

"I called trying to get an appointment on Wednesday but was told they were 'booked up and the earliest appt I could get was Thursday at 3 pm.' I was seen withing 10 minutes of arriving which was a surprise and 'Tizzy' who took my vitals was very kind, fast, and efficient and then it went downhill, FAST! My new doctor turned out to be a PA (Phys Asst). BTW In the 3 years with SMA THEY have changed my doctor THREE times! As I was quite sick with an infection I had talked to a neighbor who IS a doctor (a surgeon) AND a friend who is also a 20 year PA and both thought that I had a severe infection. When TONY TAN PA-C came into the room he asked "what seems to be your problem today" and I replied that I believed I had a UT infection - His response, "OH>> Then after ordering blood and urine tests assured me that he would call me the next day on Friday for the test results and if necessary what prescriptions were necessary... You guessed it, NO CALL FRIDAY or SATURDAY or SUNDAY. Monday morning at 8:30 he got around to calling saying that I do have an infection and would call in a prescription. I asked why no promised call on Friday and he said one test result was delayed - WHY DIDN'T HE CALL AND TELL ME THAT, he didn't bother to respond!!! IF I go back I will definitely see a real doctor who hopefully doesn't have an attitude! This place is AWFUL"
