"IF I CAN GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD, THIS PLACE IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS LIKE THIS BUT THIS WAS A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THIS STORE GIVES AND THEY BE TRYING TO SAY YOU ARE THE ONE WITH THE ATTIDUE WHEN THEY ARE. THIS LADY IS SO RUDE AND NASTY SHE THINKS THAT SHE CAN SPEAK TO PEOPLE THE WAY THAT SHE WANTS TO AND THINK PEOPLE WOULD NOT DEFFEND THEM SELF. SHE YELLS ACCROSS TO THE OTHER GUY AND EVEN THIS COWORKER LOOKS HE WAS AFRAID OF HER"
"Went for coffee and it was empty told the clerk and she said use this automated one. It was full of froth. She went back to the counter and just stood there instead of replenishing it. Then another co worker asked if I had a rewards member I said yes so I gave him my cash and snatched it out of my hands I said why you do that and said I had an attitude. Poor customer service."
"Very dirty for a store loaded with employees. Not sure where they get their slurpee flavors from but it sure ain't 7-11 flavors. Worst 7-11 I've stepped in. 2 trips in one for me (first and last).."
