"I stopped by to buy some ice cream, apparently the price on the shelf is not the right one. I told the cashier it says 3.99 but said he's not allowed to change the price, even if it's wrong. I understand. Management needs to price their items correctly"

"We usually have no issues going here and thought it was a friendly place until recently when we went to get some nachos and we usually put the cheese in the container separate from the nachos and unfortunately there was very little cheese coming out only drops so we decided to throw the container and put the nachos package that was unopened back and the guy at the register who was ringing up other customers goes out of his way to say why did you do that? We were caught off guard and didn't know if he was addressing us and if he was joking only to realize by the look on his face he was serious and we didn't know what else to do other than to leave after making us feel like we did something wrong when we just threw the container that barely had any cheese in it because there wasn't anymore cheese to dispense. To get that worked up for a plastic container is ridiculous if it bothers you that much refill the cheese dispenser and check it more often to make sure it's not empty to avoid a situation like this again."

"I stopped into this location on Russel Rd. to get a drink. When it was my turn to pay I said hello to the cashier with no response. I quickly felt a race issue so I said hello again to make sure that was the issue, again no response. I paid with my debit card, she stepped back, she didn't ask if I wanted a receipt or say goodbye or have a good day. The Blonde 5 ft tall lady with long hair and thick glasses has racial issues."

"So I had such a wonderful experience here on 11-5-2019 around 5:30pm due to the amazing customer service provided by Lily. The hot chocolate was only producing water and not adding the chocolate part. My girlfriend was really craving it so I asked lily if the machine was broken and if there was anything she could help with. Without hesitation she went over to machine and found the problem. I was very thankful and her response was “we’re here for you, I’m glad to help” She makes me believe that there is still good in this world. Amazing woman lily ❤️"

"On 4/11/19 at 11:15 p.m. I purchased $30.78 in gas + a $15 "Amazing Car Wash." The receipt says the wash is valid for 1 day. I returned on 4/12/19 between 7pm and 7:30pm to use my wash. The wash was closed. Zac, the clerk at the time was kind enough to offer a credit back to my card for the purchase or he could leave a note for the manager so that when I returned on 4/13/19 I could still take advantage of my $15 wash that I had yet received. I opted for the note so I could return the next day for the wash. When I returned on 4/13/19 I was "welcomed" by Sam, a different clerk with a completely different attitude than Zac's. Sam seemed to have forgotten who was the customer, had the audacity to cop an attitude in front of the other customers, then tell me what she was not going to do. The cashiers are pretty friendly and usually respectful, but I must say my experience with Sam was very disappointing. Be wary of bad apples that spoil a bunch. Sam, it's important to remember in this day and age of social media that word travels fast and the best/worst advertisement is word of mouth."
