"Prices are inflated compared to anywhere else someone should report them to corporate."
"Came here for propane exchange… $60 with a tank, $130 without. I went down the street at the 7/11 on North 5th and Rome for $25.99 - price gouging to an extreme. The man in the counter didn’t offer an explanation as to why because he sounded like he had limited English. The Hispanic looking man sat behind and could not be bothered, won’t even take a phone call. There goes the last reason to go here and go somewhere else."
"I am shocked at what I just witnessed at this location, so much so, that several patrons ended up walking out in pure disgust. What appeared to be a Manager/Owner, an older, heavy-set Indian gentleman with an accent, was extremely rude, inappropriate, and hostile to a woman who was very cool, calm, and collected. Her request was to attain a phone number to the Corporate office to report how this man was mistreating her. At no point during the confrontation, did she raise her voice or lose her cool. The man was very aggressive and told her to “shut her mouth” and “quit barking like a dog”. Her lack of reaction to his crude comments was admirable. I hope she gets in contact with the right department to file her complaint. He does not need to be in charge over there."
"1 star is generous. Today, we stopped in to get a fountain soda. I wanted a Diet Coke, but after pouring it and taste testing it, I realized there was NO carbonation at all. I notified the clerk, he tasted it and said it was fine. I decided to pour the Diet Dr. Pepper instead. It also tasted awful without carbonation. Despite the unconsumable product I was told I either needed to pay for the soda or the cup. I paid for the soda, but I'll never be back. High quality fountain drinks are a money maker for convenience stores, but a store that doesn't properly keep up their machines and forces customers to purchase a subpar product is driving sales to competitors. There is a 7/11 nearby that understands this."
"Be careful when you buy snacks here. I found wrapped jerky sticks and a bag of chips that had small openings, which made them stale. Just look before you buy. Other than that, the soda fountain is open for use again, but they get at you if you are trying to sample drinks."
