"I needed a new PCP so I reached out to Reno Primary Care. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days! Julie was very attentive. She listened to ALL of my concerns and executed a plan for every problem I was having. She even scheduled a follow up appointment! Jessica is awesome! knowledgeable and very helpful! Overall, a great place to get established!"

"Just horrible experience for both me and my husband. I started going there about 5-6 months ago. i thought they were fine after my first visit so suggested my husband start going. I have these large welts on the palm of my hand. The NP said she would refer me to a hand specialist. I have had 3 follow up appts with her - and every time it's "woops" sorry we missed that. Called an additional 4 times. On the 4th, I admit I was a bit annoyed and the receptionist (who is ALWAYS rude when you call in -you feel like your imposing on her personal time) actually hung up on me when I explained the situation and that I was irritated. Still nothing and they continue to collect $100. at each visit when our co-pay is much less. Not going back and beware. Husband is even having a harder time getting tests, referrals, money due to him from excessive co-payments. They tell him they will. look into it. 7 calls later still zip but plenty of rudeness. I just read their response. Unbelievable because I called their office yesterday and they in fact confirmed there is a referral!! So, I requested it and she said, "Since you. gave us a bad google review, you are no longer a patient and we will not give you the referral." instead, shouldn't they call and make this right??"

"This was my first visit with Reno primary care. The front office Jessica was just phenomenal! She was kind, caring and listened to my needs when I got to the office. Julie my dr was fantastic!! She did not rush my appt. Even though she knew there were other patients. Actually listened to my medical concerns and took care of all of them!I am so grateful to Finally find an office that is there for the patients!I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you Reno primary care for such wonderful service!!"
