"I have had issues with the people who answer the phone and take the information, not communicating it to the drivers. This has been every delivery. Today when I called "admittedly annoyed" the woman hung up on me. I called back immediately, a different woman answered the phone who was very polite. However she was hesitant to give me the name of the individual who hung up on me. I waited 20 minutes in hopes that the individual who hung up on me would decide to be professional and call back. The only reason I am giving them a two is that all of the other people who I have dealt with in the office have been very polite."
