"How is a parent supposed to make an appointment when no one answers the phone, there is no voicemail to request a call back, they do not state specific office hours to actually speak to someone and has no way to contact them through the website they tell you to visit through the automated message??? I have called several times at different times throughout the day over the past few weeks to make my daughter an appointment and have not been able to get a hold of anyone."
"Makes it EXTREMELY HARD to get your child even seen for help. The receptionist is not very empathetic and I do not like the way I was handled in her manner. BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A CUSTODY ARRANGEMENT. They will not see your child unless both parties agree to it and fill out the packets. No matter if the other party is ACTUALLY involved or not."
