"What a terrible customer service experience at the Waikoloa Village Pharmacy! My husband dropped some scripts off and was told by the overwhelmingly unfriendly customer service person that they are not taking any new customer controlled substance scripts to which he replied "We are not new customers, we have had scripts filled here many times". She then refused to talk to him and walked away. I had to call the manager who looked it up and determined, yes we were existing customers and they would fill the script. I try to patronize local stores and not big chains, for this? This staff member needs to check their attitude at the door and show some aloha."
