"Such a nice compact community park with beautiful paved paths. I arrived there early in the morning, around 9.00a.m. The only people in the park were me and security that were patrolling the entire park on a bike. It was easy to find, just a few feet from the main sculpture. There was a bit of traffic on the road to get to Symphony Park but once I passed that it was fine. The show inside the bio are fabulous. I’ve been to several of them. Then after I go to Vic’s for more great, live music and wonderful food and customer service."
"Just a big field of grass in front of the Smith Center, with a sidewalk around it and some benches. Pretty enough with a few pieces of art and well maintained landscaping."
"I love The Smith Center. Who doesn't love watching theatrics plays. The show is for all ages, young or old. Great place for tourists, something different to see."
"I LOVE this park!!!! I have been a Broadway Las Vegas season ticket holder from Day 1. Most people rush into Reynolds Hall to see the show and then rush out to get home. I, instead, like to let the performance marinate in my mind in the idyllic setting of Donald W. Reynolds Symphony Park. After I've had enough of gorgeous mother nature, I get in my car and enjoy the unfrenzied ride home. There are plenty of benches for a meditative moment. Symphony Park is a 1.9 acre rectangle next to the Smith Center. It's a surprisingly quiet, green oasis in the midst of mass activity. People rent the park for events, so you might come across a stage with lights and table-cloth-covered tables for private parties. The Smith Center says you can seat 1,200 there. But to me this is an intimate space. I've been to Zumba festivals at the park back in the day. And I saw Teller's version of "The Tempest" in a tent here. (Awesome.) But the park is best when it's just a park. Sculptures dot the park. There's also a statue of Don hisself. I love the signature colored spikes that pierce of azure-blue Las Vegas Sky. Most ticket-holders going to events at the Smith Center ignore this magnificent green spot. Do spend a moment the next time you see a show!"
"Last weekend, my mom and I visited Symphony Park before and after a show at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. We arrived early and enjoyed the beautiful Vegas weather while waiting for the venue to open. There are several park benches where you can sit and enjoy the view or even have a picnic!"
