"So Shame!!! Pilua this company!!! This place was great for Keiki under West Hawaii Community Health Center. Now Bay Clinic or whoever this joke of a company is, is just straight pilua!!!! Daughter has been dealing with having trouble to eat every since they put crowns on her teeth in Kealakekua. Then, call and tell them, they schedule you in Waikaloa, who has never seen the kids or have any knowledge of what is truly going on. Then, you can never get ahold of anyone. Meanwhile, my daughter has been having trouble for 3-5 months. Kealakekua finally calls today telling me we are on the short list and if we want to make an appointment for January 23, 2024. Are you kidding me???? My daughter has been in pain for months and your telling me another 3 months so 8 months after your mistake. Wish they really connected with the kids and island like West Hawaii Community Health did. Take this mainland company back!!!!"

"So much turnover. And when my doctor left, not only did I not get a notice, they didn't transfer me to someone new so now in a time of serious need I can't get an appointment for over a month. All i needed was autborization for a blood test that was already prescribed. Completely unacceptable way to handle patients."

"I have an appointment on 9/1/23. The entire team was wonderful from arrival to departure. Caring, thorough, and great follow up."

"Dr. Fox is a wonderful doctor, though she is booked out 3 to 4 months. I have left 3 messages trying to make an appointment. They never answer the phone, and after 3 messages still no call back. Called again and "the mailbox is full"! So I guess I will be driving to Waikoloa to make an appointment."

"I am in desperate need of a hip replacement. When my dear PCP moved off Island I had to find another. I waited 6 months to get into see Victoria Fox. I found her to be efficient, but crossed the line repeatedly between being efficient, and being a flat out bully. In all my 67 years, I have never had to deal with someone so heavy handed in healthcare. I had to remind her, that this is my body, and I have the right to have a say in whatever decisions are made that effect my entire life. I told her the Orthopedic Surgeon was willing to take me as soon as possible provided I get the pre-op requirements done right away. I was however curtly informed through the Portal by Ms. Fox that I had to wait 3 more months to see her again because "that is the schedule that works for me." I had to have lengthy conversations with a delightful lady on the Admin staff, who promptly got me seen. Ever since then, Ms. Fox acts out how angry she is, and won't refer to me by my first name. She calls me "Ms" now, and never misses an opportunity to accuse me of being "impolite". When you are dealing with someone who has access to every medical detail about you and clearly doesn't' like you, it's unbearable. When I get a Portal message from her, I cringe knowing it's going to ruin my day. To anyone unlucky enough to get her as their PCP, beware....if you advocate for yourself, you are in for some serious mis-treatment."
