"Colin outdid himself again! Perfect color and style, minimal instructions required! The man is an artist! 100% recommend getting your hair done by Colin!"

"Got a couples seaside massage for my wife and I. The experience was worthwhile and very memorable! Great service, wonderful message by the sea, whales were out that day as well. Definitely an amazing experience overall, pricey but it was worth it!"

"The quality of massage is a coin toss of which massage therapist you get. They dont assign their better people to their more expensive longer services. I got their Naupaka Ritual, one of their longer and most expensive massages. However the Massage Therapist I was assigned was not experienced. They behaved as though they were washing a car, more so than trying to provide a relaxing experience. All movements were fast and jerky. Oils were put on like you would wax a car. Instead of applying steady pressure, it was more like they were just pressing buttons. Terrible experience. Waste of money."

"Booked a 50 min deep tissue massage. Massage itself lasted closer to 40 min and had nothing to do with a deep tissue. I get massages at least 2 times a month back at home or when I travel, and could tell that the therapist did not know what she was doing or simply didn’t feel like it. I get way better massages for half the price at my local Hand and Stone. The spa itself is outdated and in need of a major renovation. 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill but you can adjust. Convenient location if you are staying at the resort is the only plus of this spa. Overall do not recommend!"

"Got the relaxation massage for 80mins. The clock starts in the w waiting room. Then a long walk to the room, and she finishes 3 mins before the 80mins... So basically I got 70mins if that long... And all she did was put lotion/oil on me. She ask if the massage is OK and I said can you put a little pressure, and she continue to just basically apply lotion on my body. I would not call that a massage. And it was $250. Definitely not worth it and will not recommend"
