"Had to see them a couple of times, once for a "Jones Fracture" in my left foot, surgery was required and Dr. Ellenby did a great job, another for fatty growth tissue in the base of my foot, fixed by short series of single injections."

"When I was referred here I though, finally! A place that is going to take care of me. The dr is awesome! The staff is horrendous. They are sweet women but I have been hung up on purpose twice, it took them 4 months to get me an mri referral and I keep running into the same problem of them not getting anything to my insurance. I have to keep calling just to get anything done. I get told different things from each assistant. “It’s been sent in and just needs insurance approval”, “I have to talk to the insurance staff”, “I have no idea but will get back to you with that info”(which they never do). After this injury is done I will never go back. Like I said dr was awesome and listened to me and made it a priority. But his staff could care less."

"Dr. Birch is wonderful! The minute he walks in the room, you're at ease. Very professional, yet great sense of humor. He did a wonderful job on my ingrown toe nail. The staff is the most friendly I've seen in a doctors office. They keep a tight schedule, which I like. Dr. Birch takes time to talk with you, hear you, and have a resolution. Definitely recommend him."
