"North of Alta Drive at Villa Monterey & Ducharme. West of Buffalo Drive past Walter Johnson Middle School on Ducharme. Ansan Park is a small city park for walking, playground for Children, modest grassy field for activities. At an Elevation of 2,500 Ft, visitors have some views of the mountains while walking the park perimeter. Cactus and Desert Flowers bloom at various seasons during the year. Red Rock Search and Rescue located on east perimeter on Villa Monterey Street. Watch the Red Rock Search n Rescue practice Simulations in the Park on weekends in Mar-May Homes in area do not reflect a premium for a City Park amenity."
"Great park, if not busy and watch for people with dogs... most of the time they walk with no leash. All in all great small park"
"This park is supposed to get a makeover, once that happens I would give it more stars. Then it will be a quiet park. Great place to get out and just be in the fresh air and sun."
"This park is sketchy. It was our first, and last, visit. The swings are chained up and locked. Super bummer to the 7 yr old. Some regular to the park told us it was because of hoodlums. So rather than address the hoodlums they ruined it for everybody by restricting any access to the swings. Turns out the slides have gates locked across the entrance too! Then he goes on to tell me about a naked teen sleeping on the children’s playground slides one day. He called the police to get her. She was on drugs. Just not a great vibe overall."
"They did a lot with a little space at this cute park with grassy fields, a walking path, play structures, picnic tables, volleyball pit, facilities, and even a nice sculpture."
