"DANGER! Don't Bring Your Little Kids Here! I brought my 3 year old here today and it's full of adults barreling down the slides head-first (without kids) and teenagers bullying little kids on the trampoline. The big kids - far too old to be there were boisterous and dangerous, pushing little ones over. It isn't a place for little kids. Not to mention there were FAR too many people in there - clearly part-time parents and their family members. There should be limits to two adults per kid. There was a 350lb man up on the climbing frame net area making the whole thing creak and shake and the useless TEEN staff (clearly management doesn't want to pay adults!) couldn't manage anything. It is a matter of time until that comes down on someone's head. The whole place is a disaster and danger to children. There should be an upper age restriction on how old kids can be to enter - it's not a place for the over 10s and this was being exploited because of the useless management. The running around of a 5-year-old does not have the same momentum as a ten-year-old running around, ploughing into little ones. Again, the little mouse voices from 'management' did nothing and the trash parents were more interested in their phones than watching their kids. Upon entry, they should be spoken to about watching their kids, not to let them bully and over tens should be turned away. Also, their toxic stamp takes 60 years to remove and will make my kid's arm red in the bathtub, trying to get it off. Avoid. At all costs. It's a matter of time until a kid is really hurt - or worse at this clown show and they get sued into oblivion regardless of their stupid waiver or signs, that no one reads. If I could rate it minus stars, I would. We will never be back and we'll be telling other parents to avoid the place too."
"We went here for a 3 year old birthday party and we were beyond impressed. We have been to a few parties with our little dude and this place had the most to offer of the places we've been. Lots of space with different toys, attentive staff, lots of places to sit and supervise, and it did not feel overly crowded at all. We would love to do our kid's next birthday here."
"My kids loved it here! My 5 year old enjoyed climbing in the tunnels. The ropes and tunnels were a bit much for my 2 year old. However, he liked the play store and houses. I liked that there was staff walking around to check on kids constantly. Definitely would go back."
"So much fun! A safe place for the kids to play while the parents have some time to relax. The employees are super vigilant and helpful. Definitely recommend."
