"I had an experience that was incredibly horrible. The nurse was especially rude like a mean girl from high school with a chipper attitude the doctor was dismissive and unwilling to listen to m initially I had to defend my right to be seen as a patient . Overall felt like I got the most minimal care available and experienced underlying rasicm that exists everywhere on maui . The health care on maui is the worst I have ever seen anywhere and it shows when u look around and the poor communities . I was judged from beginning to end with my experience today sick tired with an ear infection and dealing with arthritis from multiple injuries . The only genuine person in the office was the front desk and again not that helpful. A bunch of local girls with big attitude that should not be present in a doctors office. If u don't like me fine ! I'm here to be treated and not make friends . Of course they did it in a way where he would never be able to interfere with HR because they didn't do or say anything "technically" and it also seems like they enjoyed it . Hopefully I can get my records in and be actually treated without having to uproot my entire life because I can't even recieve proper medical care . I would not put my life in these people hands"

"Always the best place to be when I need health care. I have no ensurance, and sometimes I wouldn't even have money either, but they still take me in. I always pay to conform my salary, which is a great thing because prices are very affordable and the stuff is very friendly all the time to me one of the best primary cares on our island"

"Called ahead to determine if they take tri-care insurance; they do. However, after driving here, this specific location isn't open on mondays except for their WIC program. The website states open mondays, but the front door sign says "WIC services only on mondays" (which has two separate meanings)."
