"Amazing location, excellent staff! Michael at the front desk is exceptional at taking care of guests. The food on site is excellent at Hawaiian Aroma Cafe. The only thing I would change next time is not staying in an adjoining room as it can create a little bit more noise. Will certainly repeat!"

"Amazing property! rooms were great and beds were comfortable. had all the amenities looking for. block away from the beach, but very easy to get there. Great restaurants on site, and pool area is nice to relax in. Valet parking attendant's were great with helping with luggage. everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms have streaming which was nice to be able to watch our own content at night. Would defiantly come back here!"

"I have just returned to Australia after an 8 day stay at this beautiful hotel. We were pleasantly upgraded to an ocean room view on level 21 upon arrival - the room definitely surpassed our expectations and the views absolutely breathtaking. This trip for myself and daughter was a once in a lifetime dream come true. Ana serviced our room daily and nothing was to much trouble if we needed anything. The Aroma cafe was outstanding and breakfast everyday was perfect. We loved the breakfast bagel. My morning latte was made to perfection and I’m a fussy coffee drinker. The Outrigger Beachcomber is perfectly positioned in a great area of Waikiki and we felt safe at all times. Thank you for an Amazing Honolulu experience. Mahalo - Kasey Collins"

"Good location, nice rooms and friendly staff. This resort is not at the beach front (that’s why it’s a little cheaper) but you can still get a good view of the ocean. The only thing is that if you have an ocean front room (not the deluxe ocean front) then you have a massive apartment building facing you, so it compromises your privacy a little. Also, the breakfast option is average where they provide you with a ticket which gets you a breakfast meal (so it’s not a breakfast buffet). The food itself was good for me but can be better. The valet parking was about $50 per day which is expensive but quite convenient."

"Stayed at this hotel for a few days at the beginning of a two week stay. I chose this hotel for the location - it cannot be beat. Easy to walk to lots of shoppes, restaurants and the beach. It is loud around there but it’s just a given. The hotel staff was kind and pleasant. The pool area is on the smaller side but it was never overcrowded and the daily 12 to 5 happy hour at the cafe was very enjoyable. The only negative I found is that our room was right by the elevator. We could easily hear the elevator dings and people getting on and off - some were louder than others."
