"hands down the best vet experience on island. i had to bring my dog in for eating something he wasn’t supposed to. they were so kind, welcoming, and helped keep me calm. they stayed late to take care of him while i found a ride there. the vet explained everything to me very well throughout the process. they took amazing care of my anxious dog, i have never seen my dog so calm at a vet. i would recommend them in a heart beat. thank you so much for taking care of my boy!"
"Our young puppy was in minor distress with the right side of her mouth. After calling we took her to Kaimuki Vet Urgent Care and they immediately took her in and examined her. After examination, Dr. Janelle Lum DVM discussed the problem which was a simple aggravation due to a loose puppy tooth! The facility was beautifully maintained and the entire staff were very warm and supportive of our concerns. They are at the top of my list for my pup's care. I have already highly recommended them to other friends with pets. These people are just wonderful!"
