"I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a gas station, but the woman working the cash register was so rude it felt worth documenting. Every word spewed a hatred for no reason. She then added $3 to our purchase because “she doesn’t make the rules, shell corporate makes us” this was because I touched the soda fountain to see if the had water on tap, which they didn’t."
"Stopped here for gas and pit stop. Staff said there was no public restroom when asked. Turned out to be very inconvenient as there seems to be none in this corner of Kahului"
"Locked the door right in front of me, and put a sign up saying they would be back in 5 minutes. Left that sign up for 20 minutes. There is literally a crowd of 10 people waiting to get in. Garbage staff at this location."
"first time in maui great place to visit but really annoyed at getting gas here and told no rest room for customers. the woman there i asked just laughed and the other clerk said to try jack in the box restroom. i swear i will never buy another drop of gas from any shell station ever again. this was the only negative thing that happened while in maui. goodbye shell forever."
