"AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! I was referred to Workstar after not being able to walk and having extreme pain due to an auto accident. Workstar was quick to set up my first appointment (and bill me) to evaluate me and made promises to get me into medication management and interventional pain management but then I stopped receiving any communication on my care plan. I ended up having to call every day until finally they referred me to an outside provider for pain management. The issue is they failed to tell me that this outside provider wouldn’t be able to see me for 3 months. I am currently almost out of a medication that is needed to function and also cannot walk and they don’t even have the decency to inform me that I should look elsewhere."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t know if there is new management or what, but my experience was completely different now versus when I was a patient years ago. Examples: 1) The wait times are super long. What’s the point of having an appointment if it starts 1.5 hours later than scheduled? 2) They keep billing incorrectly. I’ve wasted hours on the phone with their billing department before they finally acknowledged they made an error. 3) The office will cancel and reschedule your appointments but you won't find out until you've already arrived at the clinic. Bad communication. 4) I didn't have any notable physical improvements from treatments at Workstar. I switched to a different clinic and my recovery finally started progressing."

"I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! I've been a long-time patient from when Dr. McCaffrey ran the clinic. Ever since he left, Workstar has spiraled down the drain. It is poorly managed, communication is practically non-existent, wait times are 4x longer, and profits are clearly being prioritized over patients. They heavily pressured me to use their in-house "pharmacy", which is a total ripoff (I compared prices!), but they use that to squeeze extra cash from their patients. The clinic seems to be getting dirtier and more outdated every year that passes by. The employees and doctors seem quite disgruntled. Workstar is like a completely different clinic without Dr. McCaffrey!"

"This place is awful. The lack of caring for both one’s mental and physical well being is simply nonexistent. Our lead singer was involved in an auto accident leaving him in such severe pain that he can no longer perform. After several months his mental state has deteriorated and gotten him so depressed and volatile that we are deeply concerned for him. When he expressed this to them, they treated him like a criminal, (which by the way he is a highly decorated, Iraqi freedom veteran with a TS clearance...so, reputable and trustworthy man.) In particular, the physician’s assistant Eva, allowed him to walk out the door after he stated the pain is so bad and constant that he wants to kill himself. We are currently seeking legal council for this and will be filing a lawsuit for negligence. Who does that? Sends a highly trained veteran, out without medication, after crying out for help? Two of us are on our way now to make sure he has support since this incompetence may kill one of our best friends and amazing artist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY."
