"I recently purchased a custom made bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet from Pacific Cabinetry - a five star experience from start to finish. I discovered them at the BIA Home Show - Mena was my main POC throughout the process - she was always available and assisted in the design and ordering processes. She provided timely updates on manufacturing and delivery! The vanity and medicine cabinet were custom made from Muong wood - a beautiful Koa like hardwood from southeast Asia. The quality of construction was “simply” outstanding!!! I am extremely picky on such projects and I have nothing negative to say about their company and quality of product. Definitely stop by and see Mena for any upcoming cabinetry projects. Her ideas and patience in designing make for a pleasant experience."

"Custom Door Installation: We had a friend tell us about Pacific Craftworks to replace our front door, and we contacted Mena. She helped us select the type of wood and threshold and kept us informed of the progress. She told us to expect a wait time of 5-6 months due to the pandemic, and that is exactly what it took. Demo and installation took two days by Giao and his crew, and it was simply amazing to watch them work. We have older custom kitchen cabinets by another well-known local finished cabinet maker, and they are not even in the same league for fit, finish or quality. I highly recommend Pacific Craftworks."

"The custom cabinets from Pacific CraftWorks are stunning with expert craftsmanship. They transformed my house into a work of art. Mena Hoang spent valuable time making sure she captured every detail which ensure pure perfection on delivery. Although she had never stepped foot in my house she was able to visualize the space with the measurements and exceed all my expectations in design. Additionally, she recommended quality slate businesses and found an installer that was more cost effective than the original quote. The marble installers were some of the most efficient and skilled workers I have used during my project. Although I do not recommend people plan to install their cabinets themselves unless they have the tools and skills for finish carpentry, those that have the means can execute the drawings because of the level of detail. Overall I could not be more happy with the price, craftsmanship, delivery time, and finished product of my cabinets. I will definitely use Pacific CraftWorks for projects in the future and highly recommend them to my friends. Although the kitchen is not complete the pictures show the craftsmanship that went into the cabinets and countertops."

We purchased a front door through Mena in September and couldn't be more happy with her customer service and the finished product. She was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right door for our home and easy to get in contact with if we had any questions.
