"This office was once a decent and reliable place, ever since the old head nurse left everything is in disary. Meaning after seeing or talking with anyone in this office non of your paperwork gets done or is in limbo waiting for a Doctor to fill the space, yes there is no Doctor at this facility on certain days. Even if you schedule an appointment it doesn't mean things gets done, like doctors note not being sent in, or files not being updated. Just in total shock on how such a facility is managed. You can sound professional but are you proficient in your craft medicine/health is time sensitive."

"I'm a patient of Dr. Haunani Louis and she is awesome. Her knowledge of health and medicine is off the charts. You'd be very lucky if she is your doctor, you're in very good hands."

"Dealing with this clinic has been a nightmare. They are so disorganized and call constantly to set up appointments that have already been set up... Like they seriously called me 10+ times a week for a month. I told them they aren't a good fit for me and that I am seeking care elsewhere. However, they continue to call me requesting payment. I never had a successful appointment with them since they canceled two appointments in a row due to issues with their video conference system before I called it quits. I never filled out any paperwork or anything, zero care was provided, yet I continue to receive calls and am somehow being billed $390. I just want them out of my life"

"This is so inconsistent for Telehealth, operaters, and Physicians. Appointment was scheduled 2:40p clerks instruct you that Doctors will text you a link to join Telehealth some virtual waiting room. 2:38 a clerk calls to ask survey questions and instructions are the same doctor will call you within 5mins, simutaniusly we both reconfirm number for two cells and wait, and wait 5mins turns in 10min, going on 25 I call the main line again no answer leave three voicemails no response or return calls. Call again and again finally someone answers at 4:54pm great how convenient lady states on there pager at 4:06 they attempted to call. Now lady says we are going to close physicians have gone home. We need refill for chest pain and followup. I wish the clerks would not lie so much. I recieved no missed call second time dealing with telehealth epic fail. It's Friday and lady clerk says we have no appointment till Monday. We just need Doctors to be doctors again this is not first day on the job. I refuse to use ER again when I'm only trying to get a follow up and refill blood pressure meds. What happened to integrity and dignity for the community."
