"Very Disappointed in how my ohana was treated today, My 2 daughters soon to be 2 & 4 years old needed to see a Dr. My oldest for having a sore throat, and my youngest for coughing. They get there & immediately get put into a back room & get tested for covid & rsv. My youngest test positive for covid and my oldest negative. After waiting and being in the room for over an hour and a half, the aid comes and says Dr. (Jacqueline) wants you to leave. Without seeing my oldest who has sores in her throat and she's the main reason we took them there in the first place! So we asked if they could take a look at her throat before having to leave and "Dr" Jacqueline stands outside the door and aggressively tells my other half "YOU NEED TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW" before my other half can even say anything Jacqueline keeps reiterating that she doesn't want my kids there....ironically her "Mission" on the website is to "treat everyone with compassion and respect" where was that when my kids needed to be looked at? Do you actually think we'd bring our kids to you if we knew they had covid? We didn't know anything till we got there; only that my oldest had sores in the back of her throat. She then prescribes antibiotics to my kids without even actually seeing them (which is actually crazy), the ONLY time she saw my kids were that time she had her UNPROFESSIONAL Agressive and demanding request for them to leave the office. And then took them almost 3 hours to even submit my kids prescription, and because they were kicking my family out so quick they didnt have one of my kids birthdays on it & on the other one they had the wrong birthday. In any industry of serving people, there is a standard we must conduct ourselves and im ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with you for treating my family this way, ill make sure to let everyone I know about this situation."

"My nurse friend recommended I see Dr. Phillips for botox treatments but I had trust issues from bad botox before that it took me two years to schedule an appointment. I am very pleased with Dr. Phillip's work because she understood the goals I wanted to achieve (a natural look where my boyfriend thinks I look refreshed but can't tell I had botox).
