"I am so frustrated with this whole experience. I was supposed to get my couch delivered on Wednesday. One piece of it arrived broken, so I only got half of a couch. The delivery guys were so nice, I’m not upset with them at all because this is not their fault. What I am upset about is the lack of customer service and communication. There has been absolutely no communication as to why I have not received the other half of my couch. There is only two places for my entire family to sit so some of us are sitting on the floor. Now I’m getting emails to schedule my delivery. But I’m also being told that I ordered the last couch that was in the warehouse and they don’t have the replacement. So which one is it? Regardless, I have to wait a week to get the rest of my couch. It is unacceptable. That half my family has to sit on the floor when I paid over $1500 for this couch. If I had known, this is the type of customer service that I would receive, I would’ve not use this service at all. So just a recap, delivery people were absolutely wonderful, they did everything right. I’ve had to call customer service two times to get any type of answer regarding when I’m going to get the other half of my couch. The customer service I received was subpar, there’s no discount for the inconvenience. I normally don’t ask for one, but for the amount of money that I spent on this couch, to get poor service is absolutely ridiculous."
