"I went and saw Mary four times after my wife had asked me for a divorce. The positive I can say about Mary is that she is nice and a decent listener. The negative is that she really had nothing of substance to offer me. Telling me to scribble really hard on a pad of yellow paper when I'm frustrated or angry is not a real solution to helping me with my anger issues. I received much more help attending 12 step meetings on Kauai and those are free. I wouldn't say to not see her but I would simply caution you to be aware if she is providing you the help you are really seeking."
