"I was just out of surgery for an Acl regraft and repaired meniscus from a bucket handle flap tear with a loved knee. An injury that would require a few months of rehab. They saw me for 8 visits on the 9th they told me it's canceled and they had to wait for insurance to allow more visits. 3 weeks went by while in communication with them and they tell me insurance won't allow more rehab. So I call insurance and they Inform me the therapist had not been in communication with insurance about progress of my recovery which is required. I also got injured by the therapist which slowed my recovery down in the beginning. 3 years later and your lack of care limits my daily activities. Scar tissue developed because of the delay in rehab which Is hard to break down. They didn't care about me hopefully they care about you. Maynard didn't like me. I am a tall white guy not sure if its racism or ignorance. He would be on his phone while rubbing my kneee when he was saying he massaged it. Lack of care at this establishment. Very unfortunate"
