"They ask you what your contractor number is, and when you've been told a certain price by phone and drove all the way there, because you don't have a special contractor status, they double the price. Shop somewhere else"

"I was sent here by my condo because they had the paint color and type on file and offered a discount. When I walked in, one person was helping another customer and one person was looking at her computer screen. She didn't even acknowledge my presence. When she did, she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I showed her a picture of the file at the condo with the paint color and type on it. She looked annoyed and took the numbers to the back. There was a manager type standing there, and he asked me how I was doing, although it was obvioush hedidn't really care. I will say that the technician mixing the paint was very nice and came out to ensure the color was right. They need to hire more people like him. I would recommend getting your paint somewhere else if you value customer service. Paint info is Natural Choice CM/CC-2437, 9300 Eggshell, 9200 Semigloss, condo is Waihonua in Ala Moana."
