Lots of different options to choose from experienced in many forms of furniture repair including umbrellas poolside in and out door of all types it ain't cheap but its quality work and you get a good warranty. Just remember you get what you pay for and if you have the best furniture you want the best people to repair it. They've been in business in Nevada alone for 15 years. After his second call the furniture was already at the shop and was in the final stages of being completed. Page was originally quoted $1,000 and a deposit must be made to start the work in order to ensure customers do not disappear after the job is completed. taxes must also be collected and the additional $36 was explained to him when he dropped it off that he would be charged later for plastic parts because we weren't sure how many and what kind he needed at the time or if we could get them at all."

"WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I had a old, steel patio set that deserved renewal, so I dropped it off at this place after putting down a *75%* deposit which should have itself been my first warning, that's about $750! For a small set!! The place is a disorganized mess in an industrial area, which is OK, but turns out operations are scattered outside this address and may involve suppliers/services outside the business itself. Four weeks later with no word on my job from the owner, I contact Renu, and the owner, who is about 80 years old, is functional but whose customer service and communication style is more like 1959 than 2021. He brusquely informs me the job is not finished and he will give me shout when it's ready. No apologies or excuses, just a take it or leave attitude. Three weeks later still no call, so I step up call him and demand my job be completed within 48 hours. A few hours later he calls and says the job is complete and "come pick it up". I'm sure if I had gotten irate I'd still be waiting. I arrive and the first thing he say's "you have a balance" like I didn't know that and then see that's he's added another $36 for some small plastic hardware footings! We are now up to about $1200!! Ridiculous. Meanwhile, he offers no explanation or apology for the absurd amount of time it took to renovate the set, just stares at me as I LOAD the set into vehicle with his employee. PRICE: outrageous. COMMUNICATION: non-existent; WORKMANSHIP: adequate but time will tell; CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: the worst"

"The material is expensive but it worth it because it is very durable............. The material that they made for my backyard umbrella never faded it for more than 10 years of warranty that they gave me on January 12, 2011..............Get this Material Number 4751 - Hemlock Tween Fancy ( Evergreen Color ) because it is the best for Las Vegas toasted heat. Plus the owner are very nice.............. I give them 6 stars instead of 5 Stars."
